不銹鋼門套線包邊的做法
The method of stainless steel door frame wire edge wrapping
一.用沖擊電鉆在門4周大洞眼,并插入木楔。
1、 Use an impact drill to drill a large hole around the door and insert a wooden wedge.
二.將一五厘大芯板(或者夾板)靠墻側(cè)進(jìn)行防潮處理(刷光油二遍后在貼珍珠棉)。用釘校訂固定后,再用鐵釘加固。門套線條打底用九厘夾板。打底夾板外側(cè)用實木線條收口。合頁位置加板襯固或者封兩層一五厘大芯板。
2、 Apply moisture-proof treatment to the side of the 15mm large core board (or plywood) against the wall (apply two coats of varnish before applying pearl cotton). After fixing with nails, reinforce with iron nails. Use a 9mm plywood to base the door frame lines. Close the outer side of the bottom plywood with solid wood lines. Add a board lining or seal two layers of a 15mm large core board at the hinge position.
三.門套與門扇相合的地方到進(jìn)門邊的側(cè)面用九厘夾板做止口板,止口深度與門的厚度相同。
3、 Use a 9mm plywood as a stop plate from the point where the door frame meets the door leaf to the side of the entrance door, with the depth of the stop plate being the same as the thickness of the door.
四.面板用白乳膠涂勻后貼于打第大芯板及止口板上,并用不銹鋼蚊釘適量加固。
4、 Apply white latex evenly to the panel, then stick it onto the second core board and stop plate, and reinforce it with stainless steel mosquito nails in an appropriate amount.
五.門套線條寬度1般為六0—八0.厚度八.

八.門套雙側(cè)墻與門套之間距離在門套線條不能壓住接縫時,宜先用水泥沙漿掛鋼釘封平(用板定模灌漿)干燥后方可封板打第,在門套線條能壓住接縫時可用板封龍骨結(jié)構(gòu)。
8、 When the distance between the walls on both sides of the door frame and the door frame cannot press the joint with the door frame line, it is advisable to first use cement mortar to hang steel nails for sealing (using plate fixed mold grouting) and dry before sealing the board. 一0.窗套不宜包臺面,臺面用大理石鋪貼(防盜網(wǎng)宜在窗套面板封后制作)。單面門套:在原來有門的基礎(chǔ)上起裝潢作用,不起經(jīng)受門的氣力。
